Kambayashi Onsen is a quiet hot spring resort behind Yudanaka Shibu Onsen in Nagano Prefecture. Our ryokan is on a hill 850 meters above sea level and commands a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. We are adjacent to Jigokudani Yaen Koen where monkeys can be seen soaking in hot springs and Shiga Kogen Ski Resort, one venue of the Nagano Olympics. We are conveniently located for sightseeing in Nagano. For those who want to enjoy skiing, a stay of more than two nights is recommended. Jigokudani Yaen Koen Jigokudani Yaen Koen was founded in 1964 and is world renown as a place to observe the behavior of Japanese monkeys.
